Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the CFI Signal Report, the Revenue Leak Report, the Client Walkthrough Audit, the Prototype + Presentation, and the Booked & Beautiful Blueprint (together, the "Services") offered at smartchicbeauty.com by Smart Chic Systems, Inc., doing business as Smart Chic Beauty ("we," "us," "Smart Chic Beauty"). By purchasing an engagement, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

The CFI Signal Report and the Revenue Leak Report are diagnostic report engagements. The Signal Report scores your brand's public digital presence against the Client Friction Index, a 48-active-signal framework, and delivers a written scorecard. The Revenue Leak Report translates the numbers you provide (inquiries, ticket size, and estimated leak rate) into an annual dollar figure, with the calculation shown. The Client Walkthrough Audit is a recorded, narrated video walkthrough of the page or funnel you name. The Prototype + Presentation is a working prototype of your highest-leak page, rebuilt to close the gaps found, presented to you live. The Booked & Beautiful Blueprint bundles all four of the above into a single engagement.

The Services are diagnostic and illustrative only. They do not include implementation, a full site redesign, or ongoing development, which are separate engagements arranged under a separate agreement.

2. Fees and Payment

Engagements are offered at a fixed fee, stated at checkout. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe) and is due in full before work begins. We do not store your full card details. There is no retainer and no ongoing commitment. Submitting the reservation form before checkout reserves nothing on its own, an engagement is only confirmed once payment is completed through Stripe.

3. Delivery and Timeline

The CFI Signal Report is delivered within 2 business days of purchase. The Revenue Leak Report is delivered within 5 business days. The Client Walkthrough Audit, the Prototype + Presentation, and the Booked & Beautiful Blueprint are hands-on delivery engagements, drawn from a shared pool of 8 delivery slots per month across all of our brand lines; each is confirmed by email within 1 business day of purchase with a delivery timeline specific to the engagement. Availability at any given price or turnaround is not guaranteed until payment is completed.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide an accurate website URL and accurate contact information. The Client Friction Index is built entirely from publicly available signals: we never request or require login credentials, admin access, or any other access to your systems. For the Revenue Leak Report, you agree to provide your best good-faith estimate of your own inquiry, ticket, and leak-rate numbers.

5. Deliverables and Intellectual Property

On full payment, you own the findings, reports, recordings, and prototype delivered to you, and may use and share them internally. The Client Friction Index methodology, scoring framework, and any templates remain the property of Smart Chic Systems, Inc. A Prototype + Presentation build is delivered for your own use as agreed at the time of purchase, and is not licensed for resale or redistribution.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Our findings, cost estimates, and any calculator outputs (including the Revenue Leak Calculator) are directional estimates based on the diagnosis and on assumptions or figures you provide. They are not a guarantee of recovered revenue, bookings, or any specific business outcome. Section 7 below is a guarantee about the diagnosis itself, not about your future revenue, bookings, or any other business outcome.

7. The 3-Leak Guarantee

This guarantee applies only to the Booked & Beautiful Blueprint. It does not apply to the CFI Signal Report, the Revenue Leak Report, the Client Walkthrough Audit, or the Prototype + Presentation when purchased on their own.

We guarantee that the CFI Signal Report component of your Booked & Beautiful Blueprint will identify at least 3 findings scored Critical or Warning across your booking experience, trust signals, and accessibility. If it does not, you may request a refund of $149 (the value of that component).

This guarantee is narrow on purpose: it tests only whether the signal count on the scorecard cleared the 3-finding threshold. It does not extend to, and does not negate, cast doubt on, or entitle you to a refund of, the rest of the engagement. The Revenue Leak Report, the Client Walkthrough Audit, the Prototype + Presentation, the live session, and the two bonuses are separately delivered, stand on their own regardless of the signal count, and remain yours to keep either way. A signal count under 3 says nothing about whether that other work is valid, useful, or complete, and refunding $149 does not undo or invalidate any of it.

To claim this guarantee, email [email protected] within 14 days of your final deliverable (the live presentation) and reference your order. We will review your delivered scorecard and confirm the finding count against what was delivered. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

This guarantee is not a guarantee of any increase in bookings, sales, or revenue, and does not cover add-ons (such as the 14-Day Implementation Safety Net or the Niche Proof Pack) purchased alongside the Blueprint, which are refundable only under Section 8 below.

8. Refunds

If your report, recording, or prototype is not delivered within the stated turnaround, you may request a full refund. Outside of that and the 3-Leak Guarantee described in Section 7, refunds are not issued because of disagreement with findings.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public information and use it only to perform or receive the Services. We will not disclose your brand's specific findings to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Services is limited to the fees you paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your purchase governs that engagement.
