This Privacy Policy explains how Smart Chic Systems, Inc., doing business as Smart Chic Beauty ("we," "us"), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with smartchicbeauty.com and The Friction Snapshot, The Client Friction Index, The Ready-to-Book Blueprint, and The Working Proof (together, the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

  • Information you give us. Your name, email, brand or business name, website URL, and any notes you submit through our quiz, our Revenue Leak Calculator, or our reservation form.
  • Calculator inputs. If you use the Revenue Leak Calculator, the monthly lead count, average ticket value, and self-estimated leak percentage you enter.
  • Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your purchase but do not collect or store your full card number.
  • Usage information. Basic, non-identifying information your browser sends when you visit the site.

2. How We Use Information

  • To deliver the Services, including scoring your Client Friction Index and producing your report.
  • To contact you about your engagement, including if a payment or checkout issue interrupts your purchase.
  • To send marketing and nurture emails related to the Services, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
  • To process payment through Stripe.
  • To meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:

  • Stripe for payment processing.
  • Brevo for email marketing, contact management, and automated follow-up sequences.
  • Netlify for site hosting and Cloudflare for content delivery and security.

We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Data Retention

We keep contact and engagement records for as long as needed to deliver the Services, maintain our marketing relationship with you, and meet legal and accounting requirements, or until you ask us to delete them.

5. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and reasonable access controls to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Your Choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided by emailing the address below. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

7. Cookies and Analytics

Our email and marketing automation provider, Brevo, sets a cookie and uses a tracking script to record page visits and marketing events (such as completing the quiz, submitting the calculator, or joining a waitlist), and to associate that activity with your email once you provide it. Cloudflare, our content delivery and security provider, may set cookies for performance and security purposes. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

8. Children

The Services are intended for business use by brand owners and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
